Product shall be canned ravioli: premium beef filled protein-fortified ravioli pies in a tomato and meat sauce. 7 grams of fat per 8.31 oz. serving. CN labeled. The product shall be of good color, flavor, consistency and overall quality. One serving (8 pies) shall yield 2 meat/meat alternate and 3/8 cup vegetable servings. Cooking Instructions
Convection Oven:
  • Empty Ravioli into a half-size steam table pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil or use plastic wrap for steamer application
  • Steam in pressure or convection oven at 350°F for approximately 30 minutes until serving temperature of 160°F is obtained
  • Conventional Oven:
  • Empty Ravioli into a half-size steam table pan and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake in preheated 400°F conventional oven for approximately 50-55 minutes until serving temperature of 160°F is obtained
