Handling/Preparation

Convection oven: Preheat oven to 300°F. Place product on pan. Cook frozen product for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 160°F. Note: Due to oven variances, cook times may require adjustment.
Ingredients
Tortilla: (enriched bleached flour (wheat flour*, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, vegetable shortening (partially hydrogenated soybean oil), corn flour (stone ground corn masa flour, trace of lime), salt, wheat gluten*, guar gum, dough conditioner (invert sugar, propylene glycol, carboxymethylcellulos gum), enzymes and sodium metabisulfite), mechanically separate ground chicken, water, textured vegetable protein product (soy flour, caramel color, zinc oxide, niacinamide, ferrous sulfate, coper gluconate, vitamin a palmitate, calcium pantothenate, thiamine mononitrate (b1), pyridoxine hydrochloride (b6) riboflavin (b2), and cyanocobalamin (b12)), coloring and flavorings, chili powder (chili pepper, salt, ground cumin, ground oregano, garlic powder, silicon dioxide (not to exceed 2%) and ethoxyquin), red bell pepper (red bell peppers, water and citric acid), tomato paste, actobin (corn starch, methyl cellulose, egg white powder**, xantham gum, and guar gum), salt, lite salt (salt, potassium carbonate, magnesium chloride), crushed chili pepper, sodium alginate, fried in partially hydrogenated vegetable oil ( soybean or corn) contains: *wheat, soy flour, **egg.
