Frozen, IQF wedge, CN labeled. MaxSnax Totally Taco triangle measures 3.5" x 3.5". Filling to consist of low moisture, part skim mozzarella cheese and yellow substitute cheese, ground beef and taco sauce. Minimum portion weight of 4.09 oz. for 3 IQF wedges; meets 2 bread servings, 2 Meat/ Meat Alt. Maximum of 9 g of fat. Must be individual pieces packed approximately 288 portions. Handling/Preparation (MaxSnax Products)
Note: Ovens will vary so please adjust time and temperature accordingly. Refrigerate or discard any unused portion.

Convection oven:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake on parchment lined pan 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 160°F.

Conventional oven:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake on parchment lined pan 17 to 21 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 160°F.

Place product on shallow baking sheet as illustrated below:
